ive ordered two mocha fraps and they messed up and made two caramel ones...then gave me two mocha ones free...it was reallly nice

i went into starbucks this past week and asked if they ever give out those things where you ask for a free drink and they give it to you.. and after some haggle-ing and pursuasion...1 tazo passion tea drink later was a good thing :} what a nice guy that was.
