a quote

March 13 2006

"deciding whether or not to trust a person is like deciding whether or not to climb a tree, because you might get a wonderful view from the highest branch, or you might simply get covered in sap, and for this reason many people choose to spend their time alone and indoors, where it is hard to get a splinter."

You have impeccable timing when it comes to posting these things. Curse you. *Shakes fist* Go fer it. Climb the tree. Never knowing is so much worse than having an undesirable answer.

That branch could also break and you could fall to the ground and break your neck and die.

I'm inclined to agree with whoever said that we all stay inside a little too much. It's hard to climb that tree and scary to know that you may fall. But then if we don't climb it, we never know what could be at the top.
