so we're half way through with the first semester of college, and i still don't know why i am here. i know that i need a degree and so on and so forth, but i feel like i am wasting my time since i am not working toward anything. i just wish God would give me direction or even motivation to do something. i constantly feel sluggish and stagnant. motion is desired in large amounts

I can understand why you would feel that way, but know that any point in time in which we are waiting for something to be revealed is not pointless because that is the point is God is working behind the scenes to prepare us for the revelation. Hmmm... I love how I just gave you advice that I probably need to listen to as well...

no, but im saying that just the fact that you are on danceteam wont get you too far in life and its not going to help you with getting a job in the future...if all you've ever done is danceteam...hmm, well, you could be on a college danceteam...but if you ever wanted to work at a studio you would need professional dance experience...and being on stage performing is a lot different than performing to the latest hip hop song in front of a bunch of teenagers
