rain, rain... come in and stay a while!

March 20 2006

The weather today was putrid.  And I loved it!  That weather saved me from running a mile today.  Tomorrow is practice formation during fifth period.  Then wednesday is the blue and white football game during fifth and sixth period.

Heck yes.

That made my week a lot better.

There is other suckage, though.  Progress report time again.  Can you guess how many of Sarah's classes she's failing this time?  I'll give you a hint.  It's more than two.

Physics, Latin, and Pre Calculus all equal THE DEVIL.  I was actually doing my homework there for a while too.  Still failing.

Went over my Wisc IQ test thingy with my therapist today.  Apparently for my skill level I'm pretty darn deficient in processing speed.  On the majority of the test I scored in the 130-140 range.  On processing speed, I scored about 80.  These are all out of average scores of 100.  It makes me feel a little less lame about always being the last one done with a test and often having to stay after class is over to finish work.  It also helps explain my aversion to homework.

I'm applying for jobs next week.  Any suggestions?

my suggestion: don't work in high school. IF you must. . . i know old navy does seasonal hiring for spring and summer.

wow, 130-140 range on stuff is AWESOME. As for a job, I agree, working while in high school might be rough, especially if you're already not doing "great". Try to work somewhere really boring where you can do your homework- like a library or something. :)
