Domain Woes

So you know when you are waiting for a domain name to become available, and then it is in a pending process for the longest time even though it has already expired, and then, the one week that you do not check on it, it happens to become available and someone else happens to register it before you realize that it is available? Yeah. It is not a great feeling.

*frustrated*

domain squatting should be something that disqualifies you from going to heaven. I'm really just joking, but I really hate people that try to inflate the market pace like that. It's bad for the consumer and the economy. And what's with ICANN???? Could the domain name holding process be any more confusing and inefficient. I'm all for reforming ICAAN.

apparently all these other people understood what you just said, but all i really heard was blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah...mind you, that doesn't mean it wasn't intelligent or well-spoken. nevertheless, i do so wish your frustrations away.

I never really had that problem because my domain (captainkira.com) was not in high demand. But I can empathize big time. Do you remember back when Microsoft lost their domain for a couple hours and had to buy it off some individual? Or is that just an urban legend?
