SCRAMBLE TO REPAIR ASIA TELECOM LINES AFTER QUAKE

Telecommunications operators in Taiwan and Hong Kong have dispatched workers to repair quake-damaged undersea cables, as much of Asia remained without Internet access, officials have said.
