so yeah....Camp was boring ,& im glad im home! i missed yall.
anyways....
So pretty much i am trying to loose 6 lbs( thats not a BIG DEAL), dont give me the whole "oh your not fat thing." i know i am not fat,but i'd like not to have those six pounds.so how do you loose weight ? & i am not cutting down on my food supply i might change up some habits though, & im not throwing any of it up....

do pilates...i'm tellin ya that stuff works. well, actually, you might not lose actual weight but you will lose inches...or in your case, cinimeters. lol

okay well another thing is stop drinking cokes. you will be surprised at how much sugar comes out of those things...golly gee.
and kaelynn...no she isn't fat, but she asked for a way so i gave her a healthy way that's not harmful.

thank you carmen! i know im not fat, i just wanna see if i can do it , and thak you carmen , i already had that on the list! :) My sister made a list out for me, of things to do , but still if you have any other ideas thar'd be great!
