Favorite Books
The Giver, The Lottery, Holes, Out of the Silent Planet, Harrison Bergeron, mostly weird stuff where you're like "dude, that's crazy!" at the end.

So what if we didn't win because some metal band brought all of their posse with them and got them all to vote for their band so that they could win Battle of the Bands....
It was still cool because the judges really seemed to like us and we got to talk with one of them afterwards and he said to keep rocking and that we were going the right direction for getting signed.
The crowd liked us a lot too and cheered really loud after both of our songs so I'm definitely pleased as to how it all went.
T'was a night to remember.....

congrats man. you win some, you loose some. if you got the cash. theres a much bigger battle of the bands in atlanta called atlanta fest every summer. My band was in it two years ago and got 4th. Were plannin on doing it this year too so yall should definitly try and go. There's hundreds of bands that send in

theres a much bigger battle of the bands in atlanta called atlanta fest every summer. My band was in it two years ago and got 4th. Were plannin on doing it this year too so yall should definitly try and go. There's hundreds of bands that send in audition demos and they pick about 30 to go and perform. The winner gets to open up for the big bands on the stage that night, a couple thousand dollars, and a possible deal. i cant remember how much the entry fee is.
