things are changing...

June 09, 2006wow...so i was just reading andrea's post about how things are changing..... and it kinda got me thinking.....
Things are changing in my life so much right now. The big thing is friendships.... I have been hanging out with the same person almost every night for the past 2 weeks.... don't get me wrong..this is my best friend in the whole entire world and i love her...but i feel that i am almost loosing all of my other friends at the same time....My mom asked me about someone the other day and i was like man..i honestly don't know.... I haven't talked to her in a while... It is weird....we all have new friends and jobs....  i miss all the times that i had with my girls.... now, it seems that whenever one of us is free, the other has something to do. I miss all the free time that we all had in highschool to hang out with each other..I miss doing random things at random times with everyone. I hate that when i left for school i only had a few close friends. I barely even talk to those few anymore... I look around and at UTM i have a few close friends there....But none like the friendships i had here... Don't get me wrong, i love hanging out with all of my adpi sisters, and i miss everyone of them so much this summer already, but man.... i stop and think about all of the friends i had in high school and i wonder where it all went? Was it my fault b/c i just didn't try and keep in touch? But then i think, wooh....friendship is a two way deal...they haven't tried to call me at all these past year either. or even since we all got out for college...I don't know..just had to get that off my chest...

SUMMER!!!!

June 03, 2006So...summer is here..Well it has been here for like 2 weeks now..but still..... It has been pretty good!!!! I am working for my dad.... and just trying to hang out with friends!! so if ya aren't doing anything one night just call me!!!!
So the house that i was talking about in the last post didn't go through. After letting my parents look at the house Jessica and i decided that we wouldn't get it since they didn't like it. So after one of my exams i went back to my dorm room and went to work on finding another place. After only 15 minutes i called a place that we had tried before and talked to them. They said they had 2 apartment complexes in Martin that allowed pets..... So jessica, Nathan (jessica's boyfriend) and I went to look at those and fell in love with one of them that is right off campus..So we went 2 days later and payed our 1st payment on it!!  So i will be living in an apartment near campus...I am very excited..I am going to move in some of the stuff that my sister is giving to me from her apartment in martin next weekend....
But yeah..I hope everyone is having a great summer!!

So...After looking for about 3 weeks for a house in martin for Jessica and I to live in, we finally found one today!!!! I am soo excited about it..It is not the absolute best that I have seen but it allows pets, it looks good on the outside and on the inside except from the mess that the boys who live there now have made!!! But i am soo excited!! We are putting a lease on it tomorrow!! WOO HOO!!! I am very excited!!!!

Finals are this week!! I am a lil stressed about it but I am doing good... I have 2 down and only 2 more to go....So we will see how everything goes!!!!

Well...It has been a while since i have written on here.... I am finally done with all-sing!! THANKFULLY!! It consumed my life soo much but i have to admit i made some really good friends and i did enjoy it!!! I went straight from All-sing into softball..But it looks like i won't be playing anymore!!!

Here is the story incase you haven't heard it yet:

Monday was our first game of softball..I was super stoked!! I hit the ball and ran to first..Little did I know that the bases were higher on this field... So i kinda rolled my foot...Well i didn't say anything and just kept playing!! Then on Tuesday I went and got a brace to wear....Did the same thing that night..Just not as bad b/c i had the brace on. Well..I just continued to wear the brace b/c my foot kept hurting...So i was like well i will just wear it until it stops hurting...Then just wear it when i play softball!!! Well....I am putting things up in my house yesterday and was going back to the couch when i trip over a hairdryer cord and fall!!! I couldn't get up b/c my foot was hurting soo much...So i just pulled myself up on the couch.... Well i called my mom and told her what happened..She laughed!! LOL!! Then she told me to hop to the kitchen and get an ice pack and prop my foot up.... I was really upset b/c i thought that i wouldn't be able to go out for Dena's surprise birthday stuff!!! But luckily my sister had brought home her crutches and I had to use those last night..Got up this morning and was a lil sore... But I went to work...I was hurting really bad when i came home so mom took me to a walk-in clinic..We had to get an X-RAY on my foot...It is not broken... but the doctor said that it might be bruised muscles and tissues..or it could be sometype of fracture that just isn't showing up...

So b/c of this i am on crutches for the next few days... NOT FUN!!! I already hate them..but for me to walk around and not hobble i have to use them...BOO!!!! I don'tknow what i am going to do since i live on the 3rd floor of my dorm... it will be interesting when i get back!! HAHAHA!!! Well i am gonna go to bed...Gotta get up for easter in the morning..I hope everyone has a great easter!!!

so i have to say this has been one of the best weekends in a while.... I came home b/c I had a friend in need of my company!!! I got home on friday at like 3.... It was a crazy and wacky drive down.... Sorry Dena for bein CRAZY..lol!!! Got home and just sat around with Beau(my sister's dog that was her for a day) for a while. Then I went to eat with Dena and Rachel..had fun eating and just talking..then we went to Wal-mart where we usually go when we are board and we just looked around..I got some funny stuff....Then we went to rachel's house where we called Patrick and got him to come over and hang out with us.... We all sat around and played Phase 10 and just had a great night!!! i miss nights where I can get with my friends and hang out whenever I want........

Today I got up and went to Hickory Hollow with my mom and sister... then we came bac back and ate with my dad...That was yummy....went home and packed lauren and beau in the car to leave...then after they left we went to the batting cages to see if I could hit some slow pitch balls...it was soo weird considering i went from Coach-pitch to Fast pitch..I have never played a day of slow pitch in my life until this coming spring for ADPi..It is gonna be pretty crazy!!! Then we ran a few errands...Came home and starting making a few things to take back to Martin with me... My Aunt Kristie and her family came over and we all went out to eat at CHILI's...YUM!!! Saw rachel there.... that was fun!!! I went and sat with her for a while... Then we saw Aunt Kristie and them off....Then we went to Electronic Express where I made my first big purchase since my dvd recorded this past summer..I BOUGHT MYSELF AN IPOD NANO...I am ubber excited about that one..My sister thinks I am stupid what whatever..I have my reasons for getting one....

well i am going back to martin tomorrow morning for a ceremony that my sister has for being a smart kid..lol!!! I also have a history test to study for tomorrow..it will be interesting..also i have meeting!! Tomorrow and the next few weeks are going to be crazy....
