you know how characters in books are introduced? there's a party or something going on and they step in the door and their manner, personality, walk, and appearance are all briefly summarized by the author.

if you are bored, and have some talent with words, take a paragraph or two to introduce me as a character.

i've just always wondered how i would be introduced and described by someone in a book.

if you do it for me, i'll do it for you.

This remind me -- you know how we were going to write a book? "How to Take Over the World: A Twelve-Step Program That's Simpler than Nicorette." I'll type up your character introduction later and get back to you on that.

The class was most defiantly going to be an interesting one she thought to herself as she slowly made her way into the classroom. The conflict seems to be where to sit. The front was out of the question that was where the over eager sat. No, she was much more of a person to stay hidden in the back. She slid into a seat next to a boy who was looking through his hair at her. “Hello” she said with a quick smile, before burying herself in the textbook. She watched as several girls walked by each seem to tease him. He would let out a chuckle. The class was rather non eventful. The blonde girl in the front was getting insatiately annoying. She soon figured that the guy beside her was Civil war connoisseur. Above all, he sided with the confederacy. By the end of the class, she had learned much about the boy. He was dedicated to his interests, loyal to friends and had a good sense of humor. She was not all knowing, and hadn’t even skimmed the surface of the boy. She had barely caught a glimpse of his name, Brian King, but she knew he was the one. The one she would help take over the world. It needed a change anyways. She smirked to herself at this thought as she exited the classroom. Hmm..I really don't know how good that was, but hey I was bored.

I stepped outside of the nearby coffee shop into the pouring rain in search of adventure. As my feet hit the pavement I heard the noise of footsteps coming toward me. I looked in that direction to see a boy with chocolate colored hair hovering over his eyes and by chance I was graced with half a smile. As my curiosity wandered, my notebook managed to fall to the ground. Suprisingly, he rushed to come pick it up. As he reached for my rain soaked thoughts that so conviently were ruined, an idea occured to me. Could this be...? But my thoughts were interrupted by the flipping of pages. To my horror, the boy managed to begin reading through my notebook! I quickly grabbed it away and issued a semi polite thank you as he brushed his hair from his eyes. He walked away with a certain assurance and another half smile. His eyes left me spellbound and intrigued for they were filled with dreams and passion. I stepped out that day in search of adventure and it had gladly met me face to face...I had met Brian King.

i will work on one for you...but i'm not a very good writer and it will take too long to put it on here. besides that i can't type very fast so even when i do get an idea it'll just be easier to write it and give it to you later. but you only get it after you write me one!!

Ah, well I put Desperado on there and dedicated it to you, Jane, Xavier, and Kirch. Don't you remember the French class with The Eagles, and Kirch's remark about Desperado and it's effect on ladies?

I thought I'd do it in a mix of fantasy and reality. So, here it goes: I hated the night. I feared that time of day when a normal human would crawl into bed and fall into a deep slumber and find refuge from the cares of the world, if only for a few hours. I knew that if I slept, the dream would come. It always did. Every night, the same horrific nightmare would worm its way into my soul as I slept. Unfortunately, the day had taken it's toll on me, and as spirit gave way to flesh, I unwillingly drifted off into sleep. Then darkness. Then pain. I found my self on a desolate plain, looking up at the sky that wasn't a sky. It was as if the air itself had been torn asunder and the clouds were bloody corpses strewn about on a battlefield. Then the voice. "Yo uwi ll al w ay s bea lo ne.........." But then something happened, something different. A movement to my right caught my attention. There was a person there. A young man, by the looks of it. His shaggy hair caught the wind like a parasol, and he struggled to keep it in place, as if someone was always watching. His whole manner was nonchalant, and he held himself in a very relaxed way. I couldn't understand how anyone could be that collected when it was as if hell itself was building itself up around us. I caught his gaze and he shot me a goofy ear to ear grin. I cocked my head and turned to look at the non-sky. He followed my gaze and instantly he seemed acutely concerned and completely alert. He closed his eyes and said something to someone I couldn't see, like he was praying. Suddenly there appeared behind him dozens of people. Men and women, all about my age. Each one was smiling back at me, the young man included. I looked up at that non-sky again, to find that it was completely whole. A deep azure blue replaced the sickly black and green. A soft white replaced the bloody red. The noon sun and the midnight moon were gloriously shining at the same time. I woke up to sound of my alarm, feeling like I had actually gotten a measure of peaceful sleep that night. I got up and got ready for the day to come. As I was preparing a breakfast for myself, the doorbell rang. I turned off the stove and hurried to the door. There, standing in the doorway, was that young man. The same wind tossed hair, that same nonchalant stance. Standing in front of him was a man in his thirties who introduced himself as Chris. Chris said, "Hi. We're with the Belle Aire outreach group. I'm Chris, and this is Brian. Could we maybe talk to you for a while?" I looked at Brian, who muttered a quick hello, but looked thoroughly unhappy to be out doing this, especially at this time in the morning. "Yeah, come on in. I was just making breakfast. You guys want some?" I mentioned. Brian’s eyes lit up a little as he asked, "Do you have any coffee, maybe?" I responded with "Uh, I think so. Would you guys like a cup?" Instantly it was as if someone had just offered Brian a million dollars. Barely containing himself he let out a grateful "Yeah!" while Chris shook his head with a grin on his face as he replied with, “Thank you. That’d be great.” As we all sat down, I looked from Chris to Brian and back to Chris, and I knew it was no coincidence that I was having a cup of coffee with these guys.
