I wish I could go,
Where dreams come true
On a daily basis,
or when you need them
Because life's not havin' it...
And I crawl into bed
I pray to God
Who listens to my every cry
I know He'll help me
Yet I feel abandoned
And left to figure it all out
Down here on my own..

Love doesn't matter,
For in all my experience
All I've ever loved, has
Not been a waste,
but sent out to sea

And never returned,
simply left to be a cast away..

Not great for me
Seems one day's good
