working for mis padres is just not cutting it anymore. that really stinks.

so now i have to go out in the real world and find an after school job.
i thought my own little world was nifty, that was until my mommy stopped giving me money.

for my birthday i would like... the moon and a couple of stars and an expensive foreign car.

that would make my day.

my sister "woke me up" at midnight to sing me happy birthday.
my stepdad wrote "happy sweet sixteenth" on my mirror in makeup.
and my mom left a stuffed pig and a birthday card on my steering wheel in the morning.

that + i finally have my license.

i cannot wait till saturday night. and thursday morning.

life is beautiful.

sweet sixteen and, well nevermind.

i am thinking of staying up till midnight tonight and ring in my birthday with fireworks and a giant ball dropping in my living room. however this is completely unrealistic.

best of all, i don't have to take my driving test. driving school was good for more than just one reason...

and you know what else i actually feel older.

was a blast. probably the best girl's night out i have ever had with two of my favorite peeps.

we had lots of laughs and gallons of fun.

so i got back yesterday. i miss destin, but i am very happy to be home. very happy.

so yeah, i want to do something tonite, after all i did miss you guys. how does starbucks sound.... maybe around 5 or so?

so i'm sitting here by the pool in the most beautiful beach house in the world getting ready to play pool volleyball. yes i am in heaven, or somewhere close to it.

i have enjoyed boogie boarding, a glass of wine, a cigar, i've spent more money than a gal my age should, i have jumped in the pool... fully clothed, and rediscovered my country roots and my tan.

soon i will be sky diving and shark fishing with the best of them.

but i'd be lying if i said i didn't miss you guys a little bit. i'm coming back on friday.

edit : i went dancing tonight with my cousins. i will now be able to teach you guys some new moves when i come back.

and i am leaving for destin tomorrow night.

good news: the pool is up.
bad news: nobody can swim in it until i come back.

last day of driving school.

lots of new friends, and minor accident, and a bunch of ping pong.
that pretty much summed it up.

30 hours later i am a better driver.

wow.

so while eating ice cream late last night, aimee and i compiled the ultimate list for summer. as you can imagine lots and lots of fun.

1.Go skinny dipping. We don't know where or when, but that's what makes it fun.

2.Stay up for a whole 24 hours. this goes without exclamation.

3. Have a massive food fight.

4. Try all 31 flavors of Baskin Robins ice cream.

5. Watch the complete series of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter in one sitting.

6. Try everything on the Starbucks menu.

7. Create our own full length feature film about our summer.

the last two are super confidential, and all in all just a big secret. so you probably wouldn't want to know anyways...

so all the cool kids (i.e. aimee and me) are going to be at starbucks tomorrow night @ 6.

then we will be going to the fair or the mall, depending on the weather.
