In regards to my last post, if I/we are longing for something that is of great worth in the sight of God...what is it that we are longing for? What is 'a gentle and quiet spirit'? What does it mean?

I know something of spelling!
Anyway, I think it has something to do with keeping your cool, being a peacemaker, keeping things in perspective and plenty of reflection. All these things produce a peace in you and around you. It doesn't mean you have to be silent or weak. I think it means that you are slow to anger and quick to listen... I remember reading about that... Somewhere...
