Fasade: a false front. Like a pretty front added to an old mustyc crumbly building - looks good on the outside but nothing's good on the inside. Or, like one of those false fronts of buildings on movie sets. Looks like a store from the outside but has no inside at all. A mask. It's actually spelled facade. :o) Have a good day. Do your chores!
