question for the people that actually know something about computers

A new Hard Drive should've fixed all my problems, right?

like, blue screens gone, etc. . .

I mean, just correct me if i'm wrong here.

As a computer tech, let shoot you some advice: With computers, there is never an exact solution for any given problem. You are def having issues if you are getting a blue screen, and a new HD coulld (notice I said could) solve your problems....along with a complete reinstall of your Operating System on that new drive. But I would do as muchas I could before I HAD to wipe my hardrive clean and start from fresh...not to mention getting another harddrive. Bottom line is, I would sway against replacing a harddrive, BUT, that could be your issue- bad HD. Give me a shout if you want me to look at it. If you want me to try and fix it we can go from there.
