i just got back from mississippi again. it was good. just saw my aunt and two cousins that moved to cali.

anyways.

i hope everyone's doing good. don't have much to say except i missed you guys.

back from mississippi.
let's just say that erin greene can now be called Gaylord Focker. let me tell you why.

well first everything was going pretty swell. we went to my family reunion. it was fun. we got there and this little boy comes up with super blonde hair in a bowl cut and blue eyes. he automatically fell in love with erin and after a while, me as well. we played ball and danced and had fun, so by the end of the day i had a boyfriend i met at my family reunion in mississippi named rooster. it was actually a nickname.

okay this is where Gaylord comes in.

after the reunion we went to a cousins cabin. it was beautiful. and there were 2 four-wheelers outside. so i automatically run and sit on one. then my cousin comes and turns it on and tells erin to hop on the other. so we go on this trail that we think will just circle around. no. everywhere you look there are different turns to take so we get lost. and as we come off one trail and on to the next i hit the gas. and i look back and erin is no where in sight. but i do see her fourwheeler face down in a 5 foot deep ditch. then erin head pops up. luckily she wasn't hurt. but we tried to pull it out while i am laughing so hard that my legs were crossed. we got so close and all the while the four wheeler is in gear. so we are pulling it opposite the way the wheels are rolling. then on the way down to miss. we told erin about fire ants. if you have never been bitten by them then you wouldn't understand. they leave welps. so of course while we are in the ditch there is a fire ant bed right there and we both were attacked. luckily my dad and cousin came looking for us and helped us pull it out. and he wasn't mad thank goodness.

then as we were going to bed that night erin plops on the bed and breaks the lamp.

then we went to my other g-rents house and my g-ma raises poodles. she got this new one and it didn't weigh a pound. seriously. it was 6 weeks old and the cutest thing ever. we were in the kitchen and it was in erins lap. the puppy jumped out of her lap and landed on the floor and when my mom picked it up it looked like it broke it's neck. it just froze. for hours it was not acting right and it's eyes were droopy and what not.

but needless to say we had alot of fun. thanks for going with me erin!

anyone know why on some of the groups everyone shows up and you can't edit the group box or join or un-join and you never even joined the group in the first place. grr...
today is my first day off in a long while...well kinda...i still have to go in at 5 and don't get to go to church. daggum...
this weekend me and my family and erin are heading off to mississippi for the first annual Suggs' family reunion...yes i know what you are thinking and trust me the thoughts went through mine as well...why do you think erin is going with me?
it'll be fun though. we are staying with my grandparents and i get to show her where i used to live and visit my old town and she gets to meet some old townsfolk. haha...
wish us luck please...

i am now watching a special on the backstreet boys. very interesting.
the Lord has blessed me with an amazing job. i love it and it has introduced me to so many cool people.
anyways...maybe i'm just not that cool of a person but i don't get very many "remarks". sadness....

Why do we try so hard to impress the world? Sure they give you love and sometimes even acceptance, but all they give you is only temporary. We search everywhere, from boys to music to the "in" crowd, and back to boys. Why not search for acceptance from someone who's love stretches from the ends of the earth to the depths of the sea. We want to have people want us and be jealous of the things we have. Nahum 1:2 tells us that God is a jealous and avenging God. He is jealous of the things that take away from Him. He wants our time more than anything. He wants our acceptance into our hearts and mind and body and soul. He wants every inch of our being. Oh how we long for the world to give us someone who wants us that much. What more could we ask for though? The Creator of the Heavens and the earth, the animals and man, just wants to be friends with us. Sinful, prideful, hateful man. He wants us though because He can redeem us from it all. Everything and every aspect of your life can be cleansed by His blood and all you have to do is accept Him. My friend Elizabeth brought up a good point. Here on earth we strive to be known. We think we are cool because we are friends with this person or that person when really we should want to be friends with Him. He's been waiting all along. Why not be cool because you know the Ultimate Healer, the Father of compassion, and the God who sees me for me and loves me no less. He's just knocking at our door waiting for us to answer it and invite Him in. This man died for you and me just so we could be redeemed and have this relationship with Him. The man who could have very easily just spoke us into being as He did the world and the animals, chose to mold us and make us unique with His own hands and in His image at that. He never said it would be easy to give up the temptations of this world. In fact satan makes it look so good that you feel it's impossible to give up. God tests us. He wants to find out how much we love Him. My God is stronger than any temptations that is put before you. Why we strive to be known and viewed as important in a dark world is beyond me. Some say it's human nature. But let me tell you I'm human, but I'm also a child of God and as I said before, He rules over all...

well i just got back from st. arbuck's with erin and i bought the new kelly clarkson cd! very good by the way! and now i'm bored.

i found out som good news the other night! i'm excited. but i'm not supposed to know about it so shhhh....be vewy quiet.

and as you can tell i'm kind of delusional because i am tired so i shall depart and head for bed. it rhymed. ha.

anyways...
well last night the mystery gang spent the night at my house and we went swimming and just hung around the house acting stupid as usual. and then we woke up and went back to the pool and then went to camino real and then went back to the pool. we were there for a long time. and then i came home and had a nice dinner with my parents and my brother. and now i'm writing my first post!

i have to work tomorrow. and by the way, working at the Y is 1,000,000x's better than Jason's Deli. i love it.
