Have you ever felt....?

As I sit here on the outdoor amp. at UTK in th cold....which it is beautiful out here....I start to really relax and examine my life. I have been so caught up lately in everything, I have not had time to think. Just bear with me, this will be random and deep.
Sitting here
As I look at the sky,
I start to realize
Just who You are
You were the one
Who put me here
For reasons I dont know
But You know
I look at the sky
And I realize
That I am so small
I just look like a dot
But I am more
Than that to You
I am your prize
as You are mine
Life has taken some drastic changes here lately for me, and I know that it is for a reason. For anyone that knows me, I may not be clean and tidy, but I am organized and love to have things planned out. Yet, I sit here now knowing nothing, but I feel very secure. I dont know where my life is going, yet I am calm. I dont know what my career will be, I dont know what I will do in college, even though I thought that I did. I just sit here and think about how You are with me, and I am not worried. Not worried about what the future will hold, nor what will happen next, because I KNOW that You are with me, guiding me through this thing that I call life.
I just sit here and think about what I could do that would bless you and your kingdom, not what I THINK will make me happy. I am starting to realize that i need to obey your commands, not my own. I need to start listening to You and not this thing that I thought was you in my mind. I need to focus on you. You are the One, the Alpha and Omega, and the One that is here with me now.
And I sit here now, looking at this view, knowing that You are the One, the One that made it, designed it, and live through it. You are bigger than anything, yet so caring you are with me to help me in my small problems, and aspects of my life.
Have you ever felt.....? I am right now......

Jason....I cannot even begin to tell you how much this post moved me. I feel absolutely nothing but admiration and awe at the eloquent words that are written here....I hope that as you travel down the path that He has created for you, you experience everything that your heart desires - Take every moment and bask in it because it was created for you by Him.....

:o) i was thinking earlier about this time last yr...wow we've come a longgggg way! & i love how far you've come in life through Him this past yr! and it looks like we're both in the same boat about college/career...but who cares bc God has amazing plans! can't wait to see what they are! thanks for your sweet remark on my post! it meant the world to me! i'll be waiting for that phone call!
