i miss this weekend.

because it was pretty great.
and monday's got me down.

t's only the first day of summer.
& i've decided to rearrange & alter my summer mix.
not so much "summer mix: vol. 2" as " summer [re]mix".
some things will stay the same, but much will change.
as in life.

anyways,
i brought in the new season with all things summer-y.
sundresses, lemonade, & frolicking in green fields.
well, not so much frolicking.
but i blew bubbles. that's 10 times better.

i heard that the movie theater hires everybody.
so i applied.
[two weeks later, i haven't heard a word]

apparently, i am nobody.

i would like to live this summer.
i have the rest of my life to work.

oh, joy.

i had a fun weekend, camping with kellye&nick and kayla.
i swam at the base of a waterfall and played with fire.

but now i'm home, tired and lonely

it's not even technically summer,

i've been blocking out everything.
in fear of getting too attached to people and this place.

but lately i've been letting it all in.
there's been ups and downs, pros and cons,
though mostly i've been loving it.
i realize that i probably care more about certain people
than they care for me, but i'm okay with that.
it's just part of living.

i love how i update my phusebox approximately every three weeks. my xanga owns this.

senior skip day today,
meaning i am sitting at home putting another record on my itunes.

but at nine sulli is coming over and we are making waffles,
then taking over the middle tennessee area.

we shall see.

and i missed it.

TOMORROW night may make up for it though...

we stopped by lizzy's movie night for awhile.
then we and barbara went to kellye's house.
hurricane punch and season 1 of 'queer as folk'.

let's rent every episode of 'queer as folk',

& have a marathon.

i spent the weekend not at home.
that is always nice.
but it also meant i wore the same clothes 3 days in a row..

anyways... i saw the features twice this weekend.
which automatically made it thousand times better.
fri= the clutters, feable weiner, the features @ tucker theatre
sat=1/2 the features [matt & parish], the mattoid, apollo up!@ grand palace
which of course equalled amusement watching the drunk kids.
that's alwas fun.
