itunes is like having a "billion songs downloaded" contest. so, if you download the billionth song you win a 20-inch iMac, 10 60GB iPods (5 white/ 5 black) and a $10,000 iTunes music card. Wow. It's amazing what you miss when you don't check your phusebox in about a month or so. Let's see if I can recap my life up until this point....

I went to midstate, did awful.

I had chair tryouts, did awful.

I just barely scraped by on midterms, due to my complete lack of studying.

I became very unhappy with a friend of mine, and have since seen the error in my ways, sort of.

On the way home, this car hears my confessions. I think tonight I'll take the long way. This weather. The wind outside is biting. It has left me feeling tired & exposed. thats supposed to say end. hehe.

so i'm laying in my bed, pretty much in a coma at about 7:45. and i hear ever so slightly the ringing of a telephone. and it keeps ringing. and it goes right through the message, and then the phone rings again. so i eventually, after like 4 or 5 times, wake up and i stumble to the phone, with my eyes half open. so naturally, the phone rings again and i answer it. and it's my dad. he says "get in the shower we're going shopping." i say (with the sound of "your crazy") "ITS 7:45 IN THE MORNING! HAVE YOU LOST IT??"  so my dad responds with "no, actually, your mom and i have been up since 5 going from store to store."

and now i'm about to go hop in the shower. in case you didn't pick up from the story, which you probably didn't, i HATE shopping. i can do it, but on days like today when 3/4 of america is out shopping, i want to kill someone, and i always go home really really really not happy.

so, wish me luck as i wind my way through the chaos they call the store. and let's hope i can keep my temper down.

so, this is what our band played last year for concert festival/ spring concert. everytime you hear a violin, that was the part our clarinets played, and the clarinet parts too. now let me tell you, playing a VIOLIN part on a CLARINET is hard. really hard. so yes, listen to it, the end is the most amazing part. prepare to be owned. also, let me tell you we took the end quite a bit faster than the royal philharmonic orchestra, which is amazing.

Today I ate kindered elk and deer chili.
