For me that song was very fitting for last week. We listened to quite a bit on the way to and from NY...and now as I sit and listen to the words more closely...I realize that it sums up the very essence of my life last week...

God quickly brought to my mind and heart at the beginning of our time in the Bronx a quote that hasn\'t touched me in a very long time...\"God always meets you right outside of your comfort zone\"...From the get go of our week spent living and serving in the Bronx, God required every ounce of my soul, energy, and attention...and now looking back I realize that He was trying to get through to me that He requires this of every second of my life. To run wholeheartedly after Him, and not look back. To not let doubt sink in because He is my Father & Creator & Lord and He WILL catch me everytime and there\'s absolutely nothing to fear! For a life lived for anything or anyone other than Him...is completely worthless.

The trip was sooo awesome and amazing that it\'s taken me almost 2 days to process it to even begin to describe it to y\'all...everything from 11 people in 11 seats for 16 hrs there and back, to the adventures of no air conditioning and all of us being split into different groups without previous knowledge, to getting lost in the Bronx @ 1 in the morning and relying on Him to bring us home safely, to painting for a total of 33 hrs or more, to hanging out and performing Belle Aire Stomp, to meeting and talking with the very people of the Bronx that He loves and calls us to love, to meeting awesome new friends from across the country, to getting to spend some awesome time worshiping the very One who got us through the week...all of this and sooo much more combined definitely equals an incredible week that I\'m sure I won\'t forget!

To my Paint the Town buddies...thanks for the awesome week! God had us there for amazing purposes that He will reward us for someday! Love like He loves...and laugh when Maria Sanchezs come into your life and twist things up a lil! He\'ll still be there & in control!

I praise the Lord sooooo much for everything He\'s doing in my life right now at this very moment! God is absolutely positively amazing and it\'s my prayer that each and everyone of y\'all know that and belive it and focus your life around Him!
